I don't know if I can get an answer to this, because every time I try to read
any response to a question in this newsgroup I get an error on page message
down in the status bar and nothing happens. If iI roll over the name of the
responding post, the status bar says "javascript:void(0);" - is the whole
page messed up?

You will get a far better experience of newsgroups if you use a proper
newsreader instead of that slow and quirky web interface you are
using.

Something about the way I was or was not logged in to the newsgroup caused an
issue. All seems to be fine at this time.
