Cant' Fix IE6 In Win98 With Repair Tool- Help PLEASE- Please re-an

Now that I'm REALLY ready to tear my hair out, the stupid window with the
answer won't re-open. I viewed it at work and clicked on the "yes that
helped" tab and now I can't view it again. Would "oops!!" PLEASE re-answer???
