It seems no matter what I do I keep getting this error. Any suggestions? I
have tried turning off my e-mail scanning virus protection and also tried
resetting my account. Step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated.

"The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account:
'pop.msn.com', Server: 'pop.msn.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E"

The server pop.msn.com resolves to entertainment.msn.com. I don't belive
that is the right email server. You might double check and see what the
server settings are.

Correct Mail servers:

In the Incoming Mail Server box, type pop3.email.msn.com.
In the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) box, type smtp.email.msn.com.
