Cant find 'stop processing'rule in OL2007

's Computer Specifications

HI, I am using Outlook 2007 with vista ultimate and am getting duplicate emails i think from having too many rules. I believe I should be able to perform the action 'stop processing' rule at the end of each rule. icant seem to find this feature. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I just checked here and that option is still listed in the actions pane
