cant find smple file sharing

I am running windows XP on sony 1.6 VAIO Cpu I have
installed counterstrike for my kids to play using there
limited accounts.But they cannot access game without
hitting run as and using my password therefore they are
running on my administrator account seems to me unsafe.
All information I have been able to find on this problem
tells me to go to the control panel/folder options/view
and clear simple file sharing . I do not have simple file
sharing option. What do I do to fix this problem .Any
information would be greatly appreciated Thanks!
