cant find shortcut after downloading wmm

my computer does not find a valid short cut for wmm.

Did you run the installation package from the downloaded file? wherever you
downloaded it to?

If you installed it, then look in the c:\Program Files\Movie Maker folder
and make a shortcut to the executable file in it.
