Can't find short cut for changing case ... upper case .... lower case

I am having difficult in office 2007 finding the short cut to changing upper
case to lower and vise-versa.

Any help would be appeciated

Shift+F3, same as in previous versions.

Is there a mouse function on the ribbon where by after selecting the text
with the moust a click or two will accomplish the same? Do appreciate any
help

Change Case (Aa) is on the Home tab in the Font group. Second row to the
left of the Text Highlight tool. If you use this command frequently you can
add it to your Quick Access Toolbar to make it more accessible. To do so,
right click the Change Case button and then click "Add to Quick Access
Toolbar".

Thanks to all for their help on this one. Converting from WP TO MSW has not
been easy in spite of over twenty years of wordprocessing.
