use the following newsgroup in the future:
microsoft.public.windowsxp.general.
However, cisv.exe is the Indexing Service. It's probably indexing the files
on your computer for much faster searching in the future, the more files you
have the longer it takes to index. You can view the indexing service
settings by reading this "How To" article on Computer Management:

Or you can read more about it in Windows Help on your machine.
