2 questions here and a piece of advise ;-)
1) You must set Explorer to view hidden files;
Control Panel-> Folder Options-> tab View
2) You can control what pst-file is the default by going to;
Tools-> E-mail Accounts-> button Next-> dropdownlist below
3) Advise: Don't delete and replace a pst-file or you could end up
corrupting your mail profile. First control which pst-file is the default as
described in step 2. Then restart Outlook and rightclick the pst-file you
would like to remove from Outlook and choose Disconnect. Restart Outlook to
release the lock on the pst-file and delete the pst-file from Explorer.
