I recently started getting a message that says:
Cannot find Program.exe This program is needed for opening
files of type "Handler Class".

Everything seems to be working just fine.

What is this message trying to tell me?

A search of micrososft for "program.exe", found the
following article:

I would think that the file association for the 'handler
class' has changed, going by the above. But I do not know
what it should point to.
