I am trying to install the Office XP update SP3 and it asks for my CD. I
have a CD, but by IT support company re-installed the product for me. The
installation package is looking for "pro.msi", but my CD has "proret.msi". I
did copy it to my desktop and renames proret to pro, but the package still
didn't want to do it. The 'full" installation package for Office XP3 didn't
work eaither.
