I have just upgraded to 2007, and I cannot find the Power Plugs effects. In
ver. 2003, the Super Shapes, and Animated Super Shapes appeared in Insert,
and the Photo Effects in the Format menu. The only Power Plug effect that
shows in the "ribbon" in PPT '07 is in Add-Ins. I have checked the Options,
and it shows all the add-ins as enabled, but I can't find them! Thank you.

Have you contacted the vendor? If not that's where I would turn next.
