Can't find PInvoke DLL 'dbnetlib.dll'

's Computer Specifications

Hi all,
Trying to connect to sqlserver from a PDA I receive this error message. I
have installed to the PDA netcf2.0, sqlceserver 3.0.3600, sqlclient
3.0.3600.
With the SQLServeCE I don't have any problem.

What is wrong?
