I installed Outlook 2002 from a disk supplied with my Motorola Q. It appears
to have installed ok but it doesn't appear in the Start/Programs list and it
isn't on the desktop. I'm pretty sure it installed because when I go to the
add/remove programs it appears on the list. Where can I look?

Have you done Search yet and checked under Start\Programs and all folders there.

Yes, I tried search and it finds outlook express but not outlook. I've
looked through all of the program files and can't find a trace of it. I
actually uninstalled it and reinstalled it in the hope that it would fix
itself but it hasn't.

It might appear under Microsoft OFFICE

I Looked in Office and it's not there. I looked everywhere in the program
file and can't find a trace of it.

Then it does not seem to be installed. Try installing again.
