Whomever you bought your PC from, and I mean Dell, HP, etc, not the
brick and mortar place, go there (website) and see if they have
replacement CD's.
First off, you should have your XP restore CD or an Installation CD.
Next, all the drivers, and last, the programs you have own or are able
to install. Some vendors like my Dell, comes with both the OS install
and the Applications, on separate CD's. Some vendors give you a
restore CD that returns the PC to the original store bought condition.
This is not going to get you applications, but if you have a failure, it
will allow you to restore them. Other vendors give you an option on
the menu to build restore CD's, which you should do on day one.
Not knowing much about your pc, pick one. Look around, see if you put
them under the mouse pad?
