I did the required outlook update and now everything is gone. Can I retrieve
this and how?

Version of Outlook?
Email Environment (POP3, Exchange)?
PST size?
Any error messages and/or numbers?
Have you done any troubleshooting yourself so no one tells you to try
something you've already done?
Did you try File > Open and browsing to your PST (if you use one)?

I finally found the info in a back up on another drive. I was having trouble
troubleshooting because I could not find the information. Thanks for
responding so quickly.
