Can't find msmqocm.inf file

When attempting to open Add/Remove Windows Components in
the Control Panel, I get an error stating the system
cannot find the file msmqocm.inf. I searched my install
disk and cannot locate such a file. Where can I get one
so I can adjust my windows components?
