Can't find MSBlast in MSConfig or Task Manager

I have tried looking for it in MSConfig and Task
Manager..with no luck.

Basically, what the virus is doing is, its a restarting
my computer spontaneously. I have a firewall up, and
thats keeping it from happening for now.

Is it hidden?

Any solutions?
