My sent item folder size is 43000; however, when I click on the sent item
folder from the left pane It does not show any masseges.
i have tried option - email option- and there is already a check on the
(save copies of masseges in sent item folder) option.

You probably applied a custom view with a filter (set to show unread
messages only perhaps?).
Change or reset your view via;
View-> Arrange By-> Custom...
