AM TRYING TO SENT A MESSAGE AND EVERY TIME I BUT F7 TO SPELL CHECK IT GIVES
ME AN ERROR MESSAGE I ALREADY TRIED TOOL BUT I HAVE NO OPTION WHAT SHOULD I

First of all, you need to unlock your Caps Lock key.
Then go to the main window of Windows Mail, not a sub-window
like the message compose window. Go to Tools, Options, Spelling,
and the rest is pretty obvious.
