Pls can someone help me out on this. I am running windows Xp on my Pc at home
, I go to Computer management then systems tools, under system tools i can't
find Local users And Groups. pls help.

Click start/run, type lusrmgr.msc and click ok.

thanks Rick, it worked on my windows XP professional, can I do the same on
windows XP home edition ? will it bring up users and groups as well ?

Hi,

No, that snapin isn't available in an XP Home system. Actually, it will
start and give you a message about this not being an XP Home tool.

Those facilities are only in XP Pro: are you on XP Home at home?
