can't find the fill effect in frontpage 2003 ???

Under Drawing toolbar, Fill Color, there is no Fill effect, but mentioned in
the Help

I would like to create a gradient in my web page. How to do it?

Use a gradient created with an image editor...FP is not an image editor and it's drawing tools are vml which wont display in anything but IE browsers.

but, if you really want to use it...create an object with the rectangle tool, then select the Fill bucket when you open the Fill color palette there should be Fill Effects...at least that's where it is on FP2002.
