Hi
When I scan the business card in my computer, and export it to Microsoft
Outlook. I can't find the card information. It keep saying search results may
be incomplete because items are still being indexed for two hours. Can anyone
tell me what wrong with it and how to fix it.
Thank you

when you scan the card does it make a vcard or .vcf file? You need to note
where that file is being saved. Then to use it in outlook, you go
file/import/import VCARD and import it.

2 things here;

That completely depends on the application that you use to export it to
Outlook.

That sounds like you are using Outlook 2007 and having an issue with the
indexer from Windows Desktop Search. To troubleshoot see;

IRIS Card Pro 4 exports the scanned cards to Outlook as a .vcf file. The .jpg
business card is also exported to Outlook and can be found in the "notes"
area of the perspective exported card.
