I changed my bosses email to windows mail and it uploaded all the messages
that were in his other inbox, but I am not getting any new emails to show up
and people are saying that messages that they try to send are coming back
with an error. This is making me crazy! what didnt i set up right?

Copy the error message and post it here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

Is your boss able to send a message to himself, and does that message
arrive in his Windows Mail inbox?
