I've started noticing I can no longer explore my CD Drive from Windows
Explorer. When I double click on the CD Drive nothing happens. When I
right click on the CD Drive and choose Explore nothing happens.
I'm still able to access the drive and it's content from the command
prompt, and when I login as another user I can explore the drive from
Windows Explorer.
Only thing I can remember doing recently was cleaning up my startup
programs but when I compare my startup programs with other users they
are basically the same.
