When I go to shut down windows I get the following error messages;
("sclcoina.exe-dll" applaction failed to initilize because windows system
shutting down.)
When I click OK I get "ddrmg13n.exe-dll" and the same message, then
"gcasservalert.exe-dll" with the same message, then starts wirh the firs
error again.
I tracked all these files to C:\windows\prefetch, which is part of the
spyware program.
I would like to keep the spyware program, but not if this continues. I have
a new laptop th is a week old and never had this problem on the old one.
Any ideas?
