I started having problems with Outlook yesterday. It wouldn't send messages
(started when tried to send SMALL movie of 3 minutes, 78 MB). I couldn't
clear the message -- it was stuck in my Outbox. I went through the entire
email setup process and it's okay. I reinstalled my Microsoft Office Small
Business Edition 2003. Now, I can't even OPEN Outlook. I'm certain it's
something small I'm overlooking but I've been at this for several hours!
Please help.

First of all, a SMALL movie doesn't have anything to do with it. It's size
of 78MB does and that is considered really big for an email attachment.

Second, you are not providing any specifics on your issues with opening
Outlook. At least you should include some error and configuration
specification.

I finally got Outlook to open, went into offline and deleted the "small"
movie. I closed Outlook. And, as has been happening over and over, I cannot
open Outlook -- I double click the shortcut icon -- nothing. I open
Microsoft Office, drop down to Outlook and click -- won't open. I repeat
these steps only right click and ask Outlook to open. It simply does not
open and there AREN'T any error messages or I gladly would have worked with
them and provided them. Outlook will not open and I do not know how I can
state this simple fact differently.

To reiterate, I double checked my email settings using Outlook Express and
they're fine. I reinstalled Microsoft Office Small Business Edition and it
helped in that it enabled me to open Outlook to work offline and delete the
movie. BUT, as I've said, after the initial opening then closing of Outlook
it will not open again.

After reinstalling Office Small Business Edition 2003 I managed to open
Outlook. I worked offline and deleted the offending "really big" attached
movie. When I closed Outlook I couldn't get back in. There ARE NO error
messages or I certainly would have worked with them and provided them. I
double click on the Outlook shortcut icon. Nothing. I open Office, drop
down to Outlook and double click. Nothing. I repeat these steps only right
click on Outlook and click on "open." Nothing.
