Can't enable UDMA for my CD-RW drive (Ricoh 7163A)

As Above ..
I can't enable the UDMA transfer on my IBM eServer 232,
It's the serverworks III LE chip set for Pentium 3,

It's a IBM eServer 232 with Ricoh7163A drive, any idea ??
