Can't edit views in Business Contact manager

Whatever view I create in Business Contact Manager works fine, but once
created, I cannot change it, well, I can but the changes don't stick. It's
as if I do not have edit permissions on my own BCM database. This is a
single computer installation; should be no problems with that.
