I can't edit page setup.

When I click on "File" and then "Page Setup" a window appears with the
choices of "table style, ""memo style" and "Define print styles." If I click
on any of the first 2, I get error message "Cannot display the dialog box."
If I click on the 3rd choice, I get another small window with the first two
choice I listed above again. If I click on either choice I get the above
error message again.
