I have three sites that I manage with FrontPage. Two sites I can edit from
the "File" , "Edit with MS Office FrontPage", One site I can't. I must either
edit ("Publish") from within FrontPage, or access it when I close one of the
other two sites and select "Open a Site", from within FrontPage.
