I have a Microsorf database file that I want to e-mail to myself at the
office. When I open the e-mail at my office, there is no attachment. The
attachment has been removed by Microsoft Office. How can I reset the
security or whatever I need to reset in order to force Office to let me open
the attachment?

it's not removed, just hidden, unless the office mail server is removing it.

Compress and send it as a ZIP file.
