When I try to email any distribution list in my contacts, it appears to have
been sent, but none of the recipients have received the email.

Version of Outlook? How are you sending the DL?

If you use Insert->Item and select the DL in a Rich Text Message, do your
recipients receive it? Are they all using Outlook?

I am using Outlook 2002. I just realized I can't send an e-mail to more than
one recipient even if they aren't in a distribution list. It appears to have
been sent, but no one is receiving the e-mail. I can only e-mail one person
at a time.

What happens when you try to email more than one person? Do you get any
error messages? If yes, report them verbatim.

The message appears in the sent "area" without any messages appearing on the
screen, so I assume it has been sent. I didn't know the recipients were not
receiving the e-mail until they told me.
