Good afternoon. I can't drag my emails that I see listed into the folders on
the left hand "All Mail Folders" various folders. It does let me right click
on an email and use the Move To... option. But I can't just drag and drop.
Can you help me understand why? I have Outlook 2003.

Is there anyone that can help?

What exactly happens when you try?

Nothing at all. It doesn't even show the dragging and then just not do it.
It just does nothing. You can click on an email (like to read it) but if you
click, hold, and try to drag, it's as though it doesn't even acknowledge that
you ever clicked in the first place.

Nothing at all. If you click on the email, it'll acknowledge your click and
show the email in the preview window. However, if you click and try to drag,
it doesn't seem to even recognize anything... as though you never clicked in
the first place.

I have had the same problem with one of my customers using Outlook 2000.
After using scanpst and repairing outlook.pst the problem was solved.
