"Try run,type: services.msc In msc, scroll to windows
installer, double click, set to "auto start" from manual, start service, exit
msc, retry your update(s)... "
Having carried out these instructions, and downloaded and installed Windows
Installer 3.1 v2 (3.1.4000.2435) Redistributable, I still cannot install any
other updates?! I know there are around 85 updates to be downloaded and
installed - Can anyone please help me??
