can't download solutions posted by vista

for example Microsoft Register Server or Microsoft Word stop working,
solution available but wen try to open the solution i get a message saying
"could not open solution"
Probably causes not connectet to internet or microsoft server is enconter
problems
i try to do all the solutions as for example open a internet page or try
latter but with no result.
