Everytime i try to down software off the internet or something as simple as a
pdf file i get the message: "You are unauthorized to view this page. .
..HTTP403 - Forbidden." I've tried everything from adjusting my IE settings to
turning off or disabling firewalls, antivirus and pop up blockers. I've run
spyware, adware. I then called my DSL carrier to have them check it out.
Everything was fine on their end and in their troubleshooting database was a
comment about a Exchfilt.dll file either being corrupted, missing, etc. Not
sure if that is valid. Any suggestions or help. Much appreciated.
