Can't download MSN Messenger.

When I click on the Download Now link for MSN Messenger,
I get the message that Content Advisor will not let me
see that page because the rating lable is invalid. It is
not recognized or is not the right format. It will allow
me to see the page if I enter a password but my computer
administrator password nor my .NET passwords will not
work. What's the story?
