cant download mpgs, mp3's

      7th Mar 2004
I have changed to windows XP,i have a linksys router
but can't download mp3, wav, or mpeg files?

I am just trying to right click and "Save Target as" and I
dont even get that option highlighted...

is it the XP?
i used to beable to download with windows Me (now you know
why I have a new operating system) and the router?

any suggestions
