There are several reasons for that error message, depending on what
browser you're using, file permissions, etc. You'll have to supply more
details.
With IE, it can signify problems in writing to the temp directory, where
IE downloads the file until it's all done; and then it copies the mess
from the temp directory to the final target
directory (Owner\Desktop in this case).
With FireFox, it can indicate a profile problem.
Anyway, I just tried to download the file myself and it works just great
for me with *both* browsers. No problems whatsoever for me.
Would you like me to email you the whole bloody file as an attachment?
It's big (75 MB), but I don't mind.
