Please post a better description of what you're trying to do. The version of
Windows that you're using would help; the identity of the application would
help more; where you're trying to download it from would help even more.
And you may want to post your question somewhere else; this forum is for
questions about the Microsoft Office Pro program "Microsoft Access", not for
"how do I use a computer" type questions...
