The only way to prevent download is to not put them on a
website. Like the previous replies have stated: when an
image is viewed, it's already been http downloaded. A
professional photographer friend of mine has 'internet'
versions of his pics which are low res with a subtle
watermark. This tech seems to discourage other from
reusing his pics.
