I have a web page with several hyperlinks I'm trying to display on one
inline frame. I can set the frame as the target for each link, but only one
will display in the frame. Is this normal?

Not following...

Are expecting the links will all appear at the same time in the IFrame or
that only one of the links actually will open in the IFrame?
