I have Outlook 2007. In the reminders message, I have one meeting that
Outlook reminders won't let me dismiss, and the meeting doesn't exist on my
calendar anymore so I can't get rid of it. Then when I dismiss the rest of
the reminders in the bunch, they go away temperarily until I log on again.
Now everytime I open Outlook, I get every reminder from as old as 335 weeks
overdue. Is there a way to clean out all old reminders? Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Start Outlook with the cleanreminders switch

Start-> Run; outlook.exe /cleanreminders

View your calendar in a table view and add the Reminders field to the view.
Group by that field so all the events with reminders are grouped together to
make it easier to see them all, and look for the event with the errant
reminder. Delete the event.
