i can browse the web fine, using windows 2000 pro, but when i try to disconnect by clicking on the status bar icon, i get the error " it is not possible to disconnect at this time. the connection may be using one or more protocols that do not support plug and play, or it may have been initiated by another user or the system account" . i am using the administrator account, and cant figure out whats wrong. any help would be great. thanks all
