We are computer illiterate..could someone please explain how to fix this in
terms that we can understand. This is so frustrating for us.

There is not an easy fix at the moment aside from wiping out the entire
database.

In easy to understand terms...how to wipe out the entire database...and do
you know if they are working on a fix for this?

I have no idea what they are doing.

You don't want to wipe out the entire database as otherwise you will have to
rebuild everything from scratch. So just ignore them.

I'm not computer illiterate (far from it), but you can do what I do:
ignore the error messages for now.

In due time either Microsoft or someone else will come up with a fix
or easier workaround.

If it bothers you too much, you can always switch to a different
email program.
