I've tried to highlight message and delete. I've tried Edit and Delete,
I've tried to delete the Outbox, Also, I've tried to stop the send and
delete, I've tried to open the message, but it says it can't because it has
started to send. It won't send and I can't delete it.

How do I get rid of this message in my Outbox, so it doesn't jam up other
messages I want to send. The message has photo attachments and totals 21mb

Within Outlook, set File>Offline, wait awhile, close OL, wait, restart OL,
see if you can now delete
Reverse the Offline process
