When I try and delete a SPAM email, I get a message telling me that errors
have been found in my personal folders file and to run the Inbox repair tool.
I have done this and yet I still can't delete the email. What else can I do?

I tried the suggested solutions and each of them failed:

1. I cleared the deleted Items folder, tried again and got the same error
message;
2. I tried to open the email but got the same message;
3. I had already tried scanpst without success

How many times did you run scanpst.exe against your PST? If it found errors,
run it again. You may have to repeat several times until it scans the PST
file without errors.
