I'm trying to delete all the RSS feeds I previously added to Outlook. I had
orgainized with folders as well.

When I try to delete all, or each one individually, I receive an error:

"Cannot delete this folder. Right-click on the folder, and then click
Properties to check your permissions for the folder. See the folder owner or
your administrator to change your permissions. You don't have appropriate
permission to perform this operation."

When I right-click and check permission, everthing is greyed-out and cannot
change a thing.
I am NOT using Exchange... just a local computer with POP email boxes.
All feeds have also been deleted from IE and are not synced.
But, Outlook is still syncing feeds, but some are throwing errors.

How do I delete the feeds once and for all?

Do they still show in Tools-> Account Settings...-> RSS Feeds?

No. That area is blank... had deleted them previously.

Have you checked your pst-file for errors already?

Also, empty your Deleted Items folder; it could be holding a corrupt item
which can cause issues like these.
