Greetings...

Each student in my class has a sub web on the server...with unique
permission and full-administrative rights.

When the student logs on to his/her subweb site and tries to delete a page,
an error message appears--

"Server error: The server extensions were unable to access the file
"frontpg.lck". Please check the file permissions."

Yet, I am able to log on and open their subweb and delete the pages.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

Bill,
What version of windows server? What version of IIS? What version of FPSE?

Have you checked the file/folders permissions from the MMC? What you have
mentioned maybe correctly setup in the FPSE but the folders themselves may
not have "delete" allowed for that class of users.
